At balukaDREAM we decided not to vacuum pack our beds and mattresses. We want both you and your pet to have the full experience of opening the package and finding the product in its original shape and size. However, you may still receive the cushion in a vacuum package.

We don't skimp on the details. Your balukaDREAM mattress or bed will be shipped in a protective box the same size as the product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

If your purchase includes a pillow, it is possible that the pillow will be vacuum packed, depending on the size and type of box we use for shipping. Don't worry, the pillows adapt quickly thanks to their air-injected fiber interior.

The bag in which the pillow arrives is designed to be reusable. You can use it to store your seasonal clothing or whatever you need.
